《尋味非遺》帶你走進九項列入非物質文化遺產的經典港式美食世界。深入訪談多位資深師傅與傳人，從各自的飲食故事到不同傳統技藝的展現，串連出中華飲食文化在香港的演變與傳承。
每個章節由五大單元構成︰
「話說非遺」——從本土回憶出發，講述相關飲食技藝的前世今生。
「技藝訪談」、「製作過程」——呈現幾近失傳的手藝與傳承，串連飲食之道與人情故事。
「中華文化」、「非遺對讀」——縱向深入文化背景，橫向對比相類非遺飲食，文化脈絡一覽無遺。
從一口非遺開始，來一趟港式飲食文化旅程。
1) Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are typically ready within 30 to 45 days. You will receive a notification via email once your item(s) are ready for pickup or shipping.
2) Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
3) Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and collecting the package from the post office if home delivery is unsuccessful.
4) Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect, customers are responsible for covering the additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
