HOW DOES PICKUP WORK?
- Pick up location is in 8333 Kennedy Road, The Lane at Langham Square, 2/F, Unit 2001, 朗豪坊 | 朗豪里, Markham, ON
- There is no minimum purchase to qualify for free pickup, but it may take up to 3-7 business days (though likely much sooner) for in-stock items to be ready for pick up (note: pre-order items always follow pre-order timeline)
- Once your order is ready, we will email you detailed instructions and arrange a time with you to pick up your order.
SHIPPING TIME
Everything in a single order will be shipped together, unless otherwise specified.
If you wish to get in stock items quicker, please check out as a separate order.
Orders where everything is in stock will ship within 5 business days. Pre-orders and backorders will ship according to the pre-order and backorder timelines, respectively.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
The website currently only allows shipping options for Canada only, unless otherwise specified. Shipping to other countries available upon request (required extra shipping charges). When reaching out, please list all the books you are interested in and a postal code (or city name) to expedite the process of providing a shipping quote.
