探究老舖並非懷舊，而是為了更認識香港；作為文化載體，記錄老舖有助認識香港歷史文化、風俗習慣、社區特色、行業變化甚至地理形勢。
此書先用「點」的方式，逐一敍述老舖的歷史與故事，再以「線」的方式解讀老店之間的聯繫，甚至特別收錄傳統設計圖案等老舖美學，冀能更立體地呈現香港老舖的面貌。
老舖結業的趨勢從未停止，能在時代洪流中屹立的只會越來越少，但我們的生活其實從未離開過老舖。記錄老舖，留住歷史，了解我們的香港。
作者簡介
香港老舖記錄冊
「香港老舖記錄冊」為一個民間自發團體，旨在引導大眾欣賞香港傳統店舖的價值；培養大眾支持香港傳統店舖的習慣；為有需要的傳統店舖尋覓有潛質的繼承人。
團隊成員來自各行各業，懷著共同目標，善用自身技能，傳揚老店故事，推動文化承傳。
1) Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are typically ready within 30 to 45 days. You will receive a notification via email once your item(s) are ready for pickup or shipping.
2) Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
3) Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and collecting the package from the post office if home delivery is unsuccessful.
4) Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect, customers are responsible for covering the additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
