香港向來被譽為「美食之都」，百多年來各式各樣、不同層次的佳餚美食，甚至珍饈百味、西洋食品等，都能夠在香港品嚐到。由大小茶樓、小館、大牌檔的點心、小菜、粥粉麵飯，燒臘店的「斬料」燒味，餅店的新鮮麵包餅食，茶室的西式食物、飲料、雪糕，街邊小販的小食及糖水，私房菜館的蛇羹、香肉，酒家的「滿漢全席」，以至米舖、茶葉莊、酒莊、士多出售的食品，琳琅滿目，令人大快朵頤。
本書透過逾300幅圖片以及報刊文獻，記錄香港百多年來令人勾起無窮回憶、卻已消失的美食，並反映不同時期市民的飲食潮流。
1) Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are typically ready within 30 to 45 days. You will receive a notification via email once your item(s) are ready for pickup or shipping.
2) Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
3) Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and collecting the package from the post office if home delivery is unsuccessful.
4) Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect, customers are responsible for covering the additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
