Pre-ordered items are typically ready within 30 to 45 days. You will receive a notification via email once your item(s) are ready for pickup or shipping.
2) Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
3) Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and collecting the package from the post office if home delivery is unsuccessful.
4) Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect, customers are responsible for covering the additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
