涼茶既是華南地道保健特飲，亦是傳統與創新兼備的商品，在香港更加衍生為流行文化。涼茶看似普通，其相關文化卻深遠寬廣，現已列為國家級非物質文化遺產名錄。
本書蒙非物質文化遺產資助計劃的「伙伴合作項目」支持出版，就本地涼茶文化作出系統整理，涵蓋涼茶源流、物種配伍、商品貿易、規管營銷及週邊文化等內容，呈現涼茶文化既傳統又能創新的特質，同時突顯香港社會與涼茶文化之間微妙的互動關係。
作者簡介
鄧家宙
香港新亞研究所博士，現任香港史學會總監、兼任大學講師。專志佛教史、香港歷史及文化、金石文獻等，致力向公眾推廣歷史教育，已出版學術專著《香港華籍名人墓銘集：港島篇》（合著）、《香港佛教史》、《百善義為先：東華義莊一百二十周年史略》、《香港鍾氏源流調查報告》、《香港地區報：十八區文藝地圖》、《香港歷史探究》（主編）等二十餘種。曾膺獲第十一屆香港書獎及第二十九屆香港印製大獎。
1) Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are typically ready within 30 to 45 days. You will receive a notification via email once your item(s) are ready for pickup or shipping.
2) Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
3) Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and collecting the package from the post office if home delivery is unsuccessful.
4) Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect, customers are responsible for covering the additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
