Lost in Hong Kong follows a young boy, Tim Chan, as he chases his mischievous dog across the city. It is a light-hearted celebration of Hong Kong’s diversity, its amazing transport system, and the kindness of strangers. Tim will have to be ‘as quick as fried noodles’ if he wants to catch his friend and get home in time for dinner.

1) Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are typically ready within 30 to 45 days. You will receive a notification via email once your item(s) are ready for pickup or shipping.
2) Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
3) Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and collecting the package from the post office if home delivery is unsuccessful.
4) Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect, customers are responsible for covering the additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
