本書作者包周Bow.Chou是飲食作家、餐飲品牌形象企劃及設計師,數年前她帶著台灣胃嫁到香港,在異地生活的期間發現港台湯水的不同與相似之處。為了理解港式湯水裡的食養技巧,特地研讀並考取中醫養生資格,並親自走訪市場、產地進行田野調查,蒐整資料後提筆寫下與湯水食材有關的飲食故事,以及港台飲食文化的差異。此書特別邀請台灣的風土插畫家——李信慧SingLee合作這本有趣的飲食輕圖鑑,以文化比對的方式,帶你淺顯易懂地了解美味的湯水食療概念,並帶你一探究竟港式湯水的奧妙。

1) Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are typically ready within 30 to 45 days. You will receive a notification via email once your item(s) are ready for pickup or shipping.
2) Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
3) Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and collecting the package from the post office if home delivery is unsuccessful.
4) Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect, customers are responsible for covering the additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
